Carmen has a degree in business administration (marketing and technology management) and is the team’s unchallenged technology fan. Her fascination for healthcare communication started in 2005, while working for the KONSENS agency in developing a product against chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) for Bayer Corporation. Two years later, she met Karin and Tony and switched to the medical education agency pluspool. While there, she made laparoendoscopic single-sight surgery for Olympus internationally known, developed public relations strategies for the world debut of Tovias from Pfizer and delighted the world of uro-oncology with the Blue Light Cystoscopy from Ipsen. Together with Karin and Tony, she switched to TBWA Hamburg in 2010. Our client’s marketing departments love Carmen’s insight and unique approach, as well as her extensive expertise in digital projects and medical liaison management.
